moive review 2 The Pirate 1948





I love the story of a young women who want love and adventurer. But is being told to marry some one who would rather just stay home and do nothing. She go to the bay to get her wedding gown and meet a man who fall for her and her life go from peace to chaos. Next thing she know is that she kissing a man she just meet and leavening the bay to go home. once there she get ready to be married. Well the man who she met will not have that so he pretend to be a pirate and almost get killed for it but dose he get the girl you will have to watch to find out.

I enjoyed this movie and give it 5/ out of 5.

The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America's Shining Women by   Kate Moore   I wound give this story 5 out 5 stars. It is a story that made me thing and feel. And stop and look at the page going what the hell did I just read. The fact that it was about real women. who lost there teeth and jaws to this to  Radium. Women and girls who lost there life's to radium. I know that from the start of the book having know that but reading about the  pain and struggle that these women went though to prove it was something bad. It was shocking and down right gross at parts of this book almost made me put it down but I wanted to find out if they got it because I knew they did but in the story your with them. when they lose a person in there group to it you feel the sadness too. If you like historical fiction I say go for it if not maybe try it I'm big on romance but I still loved this book. Happy reading.

The Highwayman (Victorian Rebels #1) by   Kerrigan Byrne   I love historical romance royals, lovely ladies, and the fashion of it all. It just something I have always loved and this book had that.  This book also had the story of love lost and found for the two lovers in this book.  As children  Farah and  Dougan marred each other and promised each other that when they grew up but they got separated because he saved Farah from a priest. 17 years later Farah was working for the law and find herself face to face with  Dorian Blackwell. Will he help her find her old love? Will he help her find herself? Or will he drive her up the wall to the point were it is a fate worse then death? I enjoyed this book giving it 4 out of 5 stars. This was a good romance novel and plan to read more from Kerrigan Byrne. Happy reading.
